Your benefit, explained
A benefit that puts money back in your pocket
- HomeClose Advantage is a sponsored home buying benefit designed to help eligible participants, reduce the out-of-pocket costs of buying a home.
- Through your participating organization, you have access to a dedicated Realtor and loan officer who may provide closing cost credits applied directly at closing to reduce what you owe.
- There is no cost to eligible participants to explore and use this benefit. Program access is provided through the participating organization.
- Be a HERO. Your benefit can extend to the people you care about. Eligible friends and family you refer into the program can explore the same complimentary guidance and potential closing-credit benefits.
Your closing cost credits
Two credits. One powerful benefit.
Mary applies a credit at closing equal to up to one-half of one percent of your home's purchase price, directly reducing your closing costs. This benefit is available at no cost to eligible participants through participating organizations.
Brandon applies a lender credit equal to up to one percent of your loan amount, reducing your closing costs from the financing side.
Total credits cannot exceed cash to close. Subject to program eligibility and lender approval. Participants may only participate in one cash-back program per transaction. Terms subject to change.

Connect with Brandon
After verification of your participation, contact your dedicated loan officer, Brandon Cuellar, at 940-222-2215 to obtain a pre-approval letter.
Find a home and close with credits applied
Mary will guide you through the home touring process. Find the "perfect home", submit your offer, apply for a mortgage! You should be approximately 30 days away from closing and moving in. Your closing cost credits are applied at the closing table, reducing your out-of-pocket costs.
